Unified Development Code Text Amendments

On October 24, 2023, the Board of Trustees approved Ordinance No. 8, Series of 2023 that corrected nonsubstantive reference errors as well as document formatting errors.

On March 12, 2024, the Board of Trustees approved Ordinance No. 4, Series of 2024 that amended Sections 3.7.2, 3.8.5, and 5.8.2 relating to Impervious Lot Coverage.  Pertinent changes clarify impervious area definitions and provide relief from the impervious lot coverage maximum for accessory dwelling unit parking spaces of up to 600 square feet.
