Town of Carbondale
Park/Shelter/Gazebo Parties
Sopris Park, Triangle Park, Gianinetti Park, and Miners Park are available for weddings, large group activities, or other special events. To make a reservation or for more information, please call Eric Brendlinger 970-510-1277.
RULES OF USE
1. Events with more than 100 participants shall be reviewed and acted upon by the Carbondle Board of Trustees.
2. Events with less than 100 participants will be reviewed and acted upon by the Town Administration. These events may be subject to referral to the Board of Trustees.
3. All events for which there is a paid admission or donation shall be required to undergo a Use Permit review.
4. Hours of Use:
9:30am to 1/2 hour after Sunset. These hours are to be strictly observed, unless the Carbondale Board of Trustees has specifically approved an exception.

NO animals or glass containers are allowed in park.
6.
NO amplification or alcohol, unless approved by the Town Manager or Board of Trustees.
7. No additional structures, including tents, trailer, etc. shall be allowed at the facility unless approved in writing by the Town Administration.
8.
Vehicles will not be allowed on the grass area. All items to be brought into the park will be hand carried.
9. Construction of sets or structures on or around the stage in prohibited unless approved in writing by Town Administration.
10. Alteration of stage structure, including hooks, nails, tarps, etc., is prohibited without specific written approval by Town Administration.
11. The user is responsible for any damage to the premises; ordinary wear and tear is accepted. The premises must be left in a clean useable and undamaged condition or appropriate cleaning and damage expenses will be deducted from the deposit and/or additional charges assessed. The Town reserves the right to charge, at its cost, for the removal of rubbish, scrap paper, lumber or other materials.
